Site and Services Scheme

It aims at providing serviced plots to upwardly mobile workers who want to own their houses. The project involves buying landed properties from primary sources, improving the sites, providing facilities in the sites and selling the plots in the sites to individuals who will develop them at their own pace and taste.

Hostel Development

This is targeted towards private universities under the Build, Operate and Transfer (BOT) ideology. The ownership of the hostel projects will revert to the host Universities after 20 years or thereabout.

Real Estate Development

This entails securing landed properties in prime locations, constructing standard but affordable buildings and selling them at a profit. This will be done in collaboration with Real Estate Development Companies. The focus of our real estate development would be targeted towards low and medium income earners.
