Deap Capital Management &Trust Plc has put in place a policy to regulate trading on its shares by the Directors of the company, and officers of the company and other employees with terms and conditions similar to the standards set out by the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Nigerian Exchange Limited.
Directors, insiders and their related persons in possession of confidential price sensitive information (“insider Information”) are prohibited from dealing with the Securities of the company where such will amount to insider trading.
